CF Trial 2026 - Maisse : Farré dominates, Bincaz edges Ferrer
The 2026 Championnat de France Trial opened at Maisse (Essonne, 91) on 4–5 April, organised by MC Châtillonnais Boutigny. Over 150 riders competed across all categories.
Arnau Farré (Sherco Racing Factory) dominated the Elite class, winning both motos to take a commanding opening-round victory. The reigning Champion de France and Trial Urbain TXGP winner showed he will be the man to beat in 2026.
Billy Green (Scorpa, England) rode to second place, underlining the international appeal of the French championship. Benoît Bincaz and Alexandre Ferrer finished level on points; Bincaz took third on a tie-breaker (better second manche), with Ferrer classified fourth.
Round 2 takes place at Sommières (Gard, 30) on 18–19 April.
